Deliveries and despatches are made during the working week from Monday to Friday.
We use a variety of different delivery companies depending on the size and value of your order. These methods will be decided by us unless specifically requested by you. If you have requested a delivery method that we would not use for your order then a surcharge may be payable.

Merchandise can be returned only in new, unused condition, in the original packaging, same condition as sold and an unworn condition.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within two days after receipt of the goods.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you are returning items to us, please include the tracking information in your email to us so we know when to expect the return.
